Context: Regulated cybersecurity delivery across mobile and platform teams in a Tier-1 banking environment, coordinating high-risk integrations and controlled releases.

Constraints: Strict approval gates, tight change windows, occasional overnight deployments, high-impact risk profile, and low tolerance for late surprises.

Role: End-to-end delivery leadership across the release lifecycle, coordinating engineering

teams and governance stakeholders.

Differentiators:

• Coordinated releases across multiple teams within narrow change windows, including overnight deployments where required

• Maintained release readiness visibility: what was approved, what was blocked, and what decisions were needed

• Supported teams through organisational consolidation by sharing delivery practices from a high-performing team model

Approach: Release governance, risk gating, disciplined escalation, and feedback loops from incidents back into delivery planning.

Outcomes: Improved release confidence and execution reliability during periods of organisational change and high operational risk.
Artefacts to include: Release calendar, approval workflow snapshot, readiness checklist, risk log excerpt, incident review format (sanitised).
