Context: Large-scale cloud migration and data modernisation across multiple products, stakeholders, and teams, where predictability and stakeholder confidence were critical.
Constraints: Phased cutovers, quality gates, heavy cross-team dependencies, change freezes, limited timeline flexibility, and the need for transparent progress visibility.
Role: Programme-level delivery leadership coordinating teams and stakeholders end to end, owning cadence, reporting, and dependency management.
• Rotating support model using temporary SMEs to accelerate delivery without losing control of quality gates
• Structured onboarding and handover to maintain a coherent team model despite changing contributors
• Clear delivery principles, shared goals, and operating expectations to keep executionaligned across a blended team
Approach: Built a visible delivery rhythm using dependency tracking, decision logs, and readiness checkpoints so progress, blockers, and risks were clear to all stakeholders.
Outcomes: Sustained predictable delivery cadence and consistent overachievement against commitments, despite high dependency complexity and blended resourcing.
Artefacts to include: Migration dashboard, dependency map, onboarding and handover checklist, cutover readiness checklist, weekly decision log (sanitised).
Skills demonstrated: Multi-team coordination, delivery visibility, dependency management, execution under non-negotiable timelines, onboarding and handover discipline.
